Service Description

Kelly Rec (Trainer Gym) not including in training fee. -8 sessions per month (2 per wk) MUST use all sessions within that month. -Cardio Plan -Customized Meal Plan -Supplement Suggestions *No Refunds. All sessions must be completed within 30 days. No make-up sessions (Up to my discretions). Must give 30 day notice if no longer would like to continue training. You must give a 12hr notice if need to can session or you will receive a $25 fee. No call, No show $35 fee.
